The geographical boundaries of 610, better known by Houstonians as "The Loop" acts as an unofficial boundary for the City of Houston and its urban to suburban sprawl. Unfortunately, it also currently acts as an unofficial wall for swim programing spanning from youth lessons to college-prep training.
